Mechanism of Action
LPV (Larazotide Peptide Variant) is a synthetic peptide that acts as a tight junction regulator. It helps restore intestinal barrier integrity by modulating zonulin-mediated tight junction opening, reducing intestinal permeability ("leaky gut"). It has been studied in celiac disease and other conditions involving compromised gut barrier function.
