TB-500 Overview
Mechanism of Action
TB-500 is a synthetic version of a 43-amino-acid segment of Thymosin Beta-4, a naturally occurring protein involved in cell migration, differentiation, and tissue repair. It works primarily by sequestering G-actin, promoting cell migration to injury sites, and stimulating new blood vessel formation. TB-500 also reduces inflammation by downregulating inflammatory cytokines.

Why is TB-500 often paired with BPC-157?
They work through entirely different mechanisms: TB-500 promotes cell migration via actin regulation while BPC-157 upregulates growth hormone receptors and works through the NO system. Together, they activate complementary repair pathways for faster, more complete healing.
