Mechanism of Action
N-Acetyl Epitalon Amidate is Epitalon (Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly) with N-terminal acetylation and C-terminal amidation. These modifications protect from aminopeptidase and carboxypeptidase degradation, increasing enzymatic resistance and bioavailability. Activates telomerase like standard Epitalon with potentially enhanced cellular penetration and lower effective doses.
